Shipping & Processing

Hi babe, thank you so much for supporting Pretty Little Curse. Please keep in mind that this is a small business, so every order means so much to me.

All orders can take up to 2 weeks to process and ship. Once your order has shipped, delivery can take an additional 7–14 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately. If that happens, don’t worry, tracking updates will be shared as they become available.

Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of my control. That being said, I will always do my best to help guide you through the next steps if something comes up.

Returns & Refunds

Because Pretty Little Curse is a small business and each order is processed with care, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived defective or damaged.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, contact me with your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue so I can help.

Refunds or replacements are only available for approved order issues.

Order Changes

Please make sure all order details are correct before checking out, including your item selection, size, color, and shipping address.

Once an order is placed, I am not able to guarantee any changes. If you notice an issue, please reach out as soon as possible using the Contact Form with your order number, first and last name, and what needs to be updated.

I’ll always try my best to help, but order changes are not guaranteed once your order has started processing.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Address Issues

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If your order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship it.
